Our practice has established appointment policies to ensure efficient and effective care for all patients. These policies include fees for cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals.
Please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, we will charge you a $25 Appointment Cancellation Fee. If you fail to cancel your appointment in advance and do not show up, we will charge you a $40 No-Show Fee. You must pay these fees in full before scheduling another appointment.
If you arrive late to your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule. If you arrive very late and cannot be seen by a provider, we will charge you a $40 Late Fee.
For Saturday appointments, you must prepay, and this payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Saturday appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. Otherwise, you may forfeit the prepayment.
